The Woodstock Arms Hotel, Woodstock

I had a mixed experience at this pub. On one hand, the ambiance was lovely with a beautiful interior and a nice garden. The staff were accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing, as my wife's risotto was not as described, and my burger, while decent, lacked sufficient chips for the price. Overall, the location is charming, but the dining could use significant improvement.

Our visit to the hotel was a mixed bag. While the courtyard room was nicely decorated and spacious, it was incredibly noisy thanks to inadequate soundproofing. The friendly staff and excellent evening meals were definite highlights, but the squeaky bed and limited breakfast options left something to be desired. Parking was a real hassle, which made things less convenient.

I had lunch at the Woodstock Arms and while the ambiance was nice, the food experience was lacking. We waited quite a while for our meals, and when the food arrived, it didn't meet expectations. The staff was friendly, but the food definitely needs improvement. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience, and I expected better for the price.

I was really excited for my stay, especially after hearing good things. Unfortunately, the room fell short as it needed a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The breakfast made up for it, though, as it was quite good. The staff seemed aware but didn’t really fix the problems, so I can't recommend the room quality.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere with friendly staff who really know how to provide great service. I loved the unique refurbishments that kept the traditional vibes while offering modern comforts. However, I was let down by the food quality, especially during dining. Though the ambiance is nice, the dining options could really use some improvement in terms of taste and value for money.
